Grant has helped teach and arrange music for the MSU Drumline since 2024. He marched four years in the SMB as a tenor drummer (‘11-‘14) and served as Drumline section leader in 2014. He graduated with a degree in Media & Information and has spent the better part of a decade working in various commercial, film, and television camera crews and post-production roles.

He is now studying Music Education and Classical Percussion at MSU. Outside of video gigs and studying music, Grant spends his time teaching middle- and high-school percussionists, performing in local community bands, and arranging for high school drumlines.
